I will show you a style of eating that will actually give you energy, cause you to lose weight and reduce gut inflammation, which in turn reduces pain and chronic illness.

Phase 1: Ignite

We will start where you are. We will look at what modifications need to be made for you. This program is tailored to you. 

You will learn exactly which foods to eat and which foods to eliminate to reduce gut pain and inflammation, restore your energy level, and help you lose weight.  I will take the guesswork out of this for you. You will receive a step-by-step guidebook outlining exactly what to eat, where to shop, how to plan menus, pantry prep and meal planning.

Phase 2: Awaken

I will teach you how to eat out and review healthy restaurant choices. Discuss ways to fit movement into your busy schedule. Learn simple movement strategies that you can do going about your day to day life. Stress reduction techniques.

Phase 3:  Empower

Learn how to identify foods you may be sensitive to, and how to add certain foods back in, tracking symptoms, how to make this work long term.
