People will try something for a week and they don't see immediate results or they "fall off the wagon" and get so discouraged that they give up all together. But the truth is the most important aspect of true wellness is your commitment. Detoxification - Learn simple changes you can make on a daily basis to eliminate toxins from your body and your environment. I can recommend foods to help your body detoxify and supportive vitamin supplements.
Movement - Stoke your flame. Learn some energy and movement routines to flush your lymph and increase your energy and vitality.
We will discuss the types of foods and recipes you can cook or prepare ahead of time for easier and faster meal preparation of delicious and nutritious recipes.
I've found that when you have 4-5 days of delicious, nutritious, prepared food in your refrigerator to get started, you begin to experience the health benefits therefore, it will help you move more swiftly toward your goals. People don't realize the affects certain foods have on their bodies until they remove the foods completely. It's a big eye opener!
