Gluten Free Breakfast

​Do you feel fatigued, have difficulty concentrating or have gas and bloating after you eat? If so, you may consider going gluten free. Everyone can benefit from going gluten free. Our bodies were not designed to live on packaged food.

Going gluten free will help you lose weight, improve your digestion and increase mental clarity. It’s amazing how much better you will feel in a short period of time.

If you like the idea of trying gluten free but aren’t sure where to start, join Gluten Free Wellness Coach, Julie Semones to learn how easy it can be to follow a gluten free lifestyle. I will be demonstrating how to make a gluten free breakfast plus you will get to sample the food! 

I will supply the ingredients, you just show up and have fun tasting! Plus you will get other healthy gluten free recipes.
