​What is irritating your gut and why?
 ​Top 3 reasons you have gut inflammation: 

  1. Gluten is a protein most commonly found in wheat, rye, barley and triticale (a cross between wheat and rye) that is responsible for the elastic texture of dough, which can cause gut irritation in people, especially those with celiac disease.
 
      2. GMO means a genetically modified organism, like soybean, corn, and canola,
         created by science to resist herbicides, and pesticides which are designed to                dissolve an insects intestines, to increase crop yield and profits. Studies indicate          several serious health risks associated with GMO's including gut inflammation. 

      3. Chemicals and preservatives in processed foods to increase shelf life, make it              look and taste better and keep you addicted. Read labels, if you cannot                           pronounce it, you shouldn't be eating it. Eat whole natural foods with no                        ingredient labels.
