Top 3 Reasons to Go Gluten Free Whether You Have Celiac or Not.

Do you feel fatigued, have difficulty concentrating or have gas and bloating after you eat? If so, you may consider going gluten free. Everyone can benefit from going gluten free. Our bodies were not designed to live on packaged food.

Here are the top 3 reasons to go gluten free:
  1. Lose weight: eating mainly fruits, vegetables and lean meats will cause you to lose weight automatically. When you eliminate processed food from your diet it eliminates gut irritation and weight gain. 
  2. Improve digestion: when you eliminate additives in processed foods you decrease gut inflammation and no longer struggle with gas, bloating and constipation. 
  3. Mental clarity: when you are constipated, you absorb more toxins because you aren’t moving the waste out of your body which creates mental fogginess, lethargy, fatigue and so much more. 
It’s amazing how much better you will feel in a short period of time. If you struggle with any of these problems, I encourage you to give the gluten free lifestyle a chance. If you completely eliminate gluten for 21 days, you will not believe the difference in how you feel.
